Led by Dr. Scott Pett, DVM, the staff at Hamilton Wenham Veterinary Hospital (HWVH) provides professional, compassionate health care with a focus on helping your pet lead a long, active, and happy life. We specialize in small animals — mostly dogs and cats — and offer a broad range of diagnostic services and treatments, as well as emergency care, on-site surgery, preventive and alternative medicine, referrals to specialists, vaccinations, and routine check-ups. From acupuncture to state-of-the-art digital x-rays, we have the experience, knowledge, and technology to meet your pet’s unique health needs in all stages of life.

After twenty years in pet medicine, Dr. Pett (yes, his real name!) believes the best outcomes are achieved when pet owners work in partnership with their veterinarian to maximize the health and longevity of their companion animals. Along with offering quality care that draws on the latest developments in veterinary science, our staff is dedicated to helping you and your pet feel comfortable during your visit to HWVH, to answering your questions, and to providing the information you need for follow-up care at home.
